Real Estate Associate

Overview:

John Gantkowski Realtor with Pagoda Realty is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team in Reading, PA. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow with the company.

Duties Include:

• Working closely with the team to provide excellent service to our clients.
• Communicating with clients, sellers, and buyers of real estate.
• Working closely with the team to prepare documents for closings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized office space.
• Scheduling of inspections, showings, and showings.
• Preparing documents for showing homes.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic at all times.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus.
• Excellent problem solving skills are necessary for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
