We are seeking an Assistant Manager/ Leasing Professional to become a part of our team! We are looking for someone ready to step in and take charge for a LITCH new property in Denver. LITCH experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all property leasing
• Assist in recertification
• Market and lease to maintain occupancy
• Problem solve resident complaints
• Ensure all work order are processed in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

• Must have clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service
• Someone ready to start a career, not just a job
• Willingness to learn and train
• Ready to laugh at the day to day
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
