Our Independent Sales Reps are making $75k-250k +

We are seeking individuals with rock star potential! People who strive to be the best and can be competitive within a team environment.

We will give you all the tools necessary to succeed. Intensive training. One on one, and group coaching. Experienced and proven winners available to mentor you and help you unlock and unleash your potential.

Construction Sales experience is required, as well as the drive to be the best!

This position is ideal for people who want to work hard and are capable of managing their time to be efficient, and process based.

We will help you set and achieve realistic goals, based on your skills, drive, and sales ability. Talented and driven individuals who hit their goals will earn $70k+ and can easily make six figures in this position.

Day-To-Day:

• Self-generate leads.
• Perform exterior home inspections.
• Assess and document damage.
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process.
• Methodically manage your sales funnel and job pipeline
• Work with the production team to manage the projects through to completion.
• Represent Superior Builders with honesty and integrity.

Qualified applicants must be reliable and driven to succeed. You must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle, a smart phone or tablet, and the ability to climb a ladder.
