Medical Solutions, Inc. is looking for a part time to full time Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing nationwide medical supply distribution company.
The Sales Support Specialist will assist with sales growth efforts of new and existing opportunities to meet our company goals. This position will work with Operations, Sales and all other departments as a resource to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of Customer Service experience and a college degree preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and convey professionalism.
- Must also be a self starter, good at problem solving and have a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications, such as Excel, Word, Sheets, Groups, etc.
Job Duties:
- Answers phones and assists customers with concerns as needed.
- Gathers and logs all call information and activity through COPPER(CRM) to accurately reflect activities.
- Supports our Sales Team and CEO within assigned territories to generate leads and reach team targets.
- Actively contributes to and works responsibly in a team environment
- Adheres to ethical standards while servicing customers and meeting department goals.
- Determines customers’ needs and recommends appropriate products and solutions.
- Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, provide status updates on all orders and check outgoing orders for accuracy.
- Trains customers on use of RemoteNet; ordering, view invoices, etc.
- Aids customers with returns, credit and rebill process initiation.
- General office administration duties, such as ordering supplies, etc
- Helps set up New Customer accounts.
- Hourly pay $16-$18 based on experience. Hours 9am-5pm
Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
