Our team is expanding and is getting referrals and leads throughout the Prescott area.

We’re looking to partner with highly motivated and competent agents that can take on 5-10 new clients per month.

Commission Only.

We are looking for an experienced partner in the Prescott area to take our buyer/listing leads.

Responsibilities

• Go on multiple appointments weekly to meet and build rapport with new clients
• Show homes to interested clients
• Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested
• Follow-up with clients to move them forward in the process
• Build relationships with agents in other companies
• Negotiate contracts and transactions
• Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues
• Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License or be willing to get one
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Show good organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $91,439.01 - $110,120.10 per year
