About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Workplace Revenue, USC to be responsible for all WeWork revenue associated with our Workplace and All Access products across the United States and Canada. Principal responsibilities include leading the sales, strategy and operations associated with the USC Workplace & All Access sales teams. Reporting into the VP, Global Head of Workplace Sales.
In this role, you will:
Own the USC Go-To-Market strategy for the Workplace product
Drive, support and influence Workplace and All Access sales strategy
Build a dedicated, high performing team and be held accountable for sales
Create and execute outreach efforts to accelerate market awareness
Partner closely with Marketing to generate buzz and push our software-as-a-service, other ancillary offerings and revenue within USC
Possess a firm grasp of the product and understanding of how it differs from competitors
Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in Technology, Legal, Operations and Sales to ensure alignment across the business
Oversee Workplace-related training/enablement, ensuring teams have adequate knowledge and understanding of Workplace across USC
Proactively develop new, creative sales tactics and incentives to drive performance in-line with WeWork’s wider business objectives
Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members
Develop sales forecasts and own reporting to the Global Head of Workplace Sales
About You
10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fast paced, high growth industry
5+ years managing sales teams
Experience in creating products and building Go-To-Market strategies
Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for solving problems
Experience in working cross-functionally to push sales
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
A strong stakeholder manager who can effectively translate go-to-market strategies into commercial results
Teamwork, cooperation and ability to develop others
Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
Base Pay and Incentive Compensation: $146,700 - $195,600 annual salary, plus variable incentive pay with on target earnings of $244,500 - $326,000.
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Equity: Equity may also be granted depending on your job level (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment).
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
