JOB TITLE: Luxury Leasing Specialist

SUPERVISOR’S TITLE: CEO

Position Mission Statement:

It is your responsibility to successfully reduce the vacancy and turnover within our portfolio by leasing vacant units and implementing tenant retention initiatives. Your position will be instrumental in helping Alliance Management achieve the highest echelon of customer service to our tenants and financial performance for our owners.

Principal Goals:

• Increase Occupancy
• Improve Tenant Retention
• Inter-organization Communication
• Team work

Common Tasks:

• Implement tenant retention programs
• Communicate property/owner needs to Managing Partner/Office Manager
• Leasing units
• Organize and implement advertising by required deadlines
• Screening prospective tenants
• Oversee key code system
• Tenant communication, including newsletters
• Communicating maintenance/cleaning issues to Maintenance Technician/Cleaning Technician
• Post notices
• Check units for abandonment if keys are not turned in upon move out
• Provide documentation for Security Deposit Reconciliation
