The New Development Sales Associate represents both the company and developer to prospective clients. This position is full-time with a commission pay structure.

· Listening skills and the ability to use of that skill to focus the sales process and bring it to a successful close.

· The ability to cooperate and work well with other team members.

· Open to, and good at learning new skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

· Experience and comfort with customer relationship management software and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

· Ability to work evenings and weekends

· Four-year college degree preferred, high school required

· Florida Real Estate Sales License required

· Valid driver’s license required

· Successful track record of on-site new residential sales experience strongly preferred

· Knowledge of new home construction is preferred

· Successful completion of background check

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

• Sarasota, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
