Are you an experienced sales professional looking for an exciting new opportunity in healthcare equipment sales? We are looking for part-time and full-time aggressive, talented Inbound Sales professionals with a strong sales background to join our team. In the role you have the opportunity to grow into a lucrative sales career by way of selling our curated and innovative products to senior aged customers and their care support. No cold calling required.

We offer a comprehensive training program and ongoing support to ensure our Inbound Sales Consultants are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and maximize sales opportunities.


Salary:
  • Sign On Bonus (payable after 90 days)
  • $14.00 base hourly rate ($29,120 annually)
  • Commissions (paid bi-weekly)

  • On Target Earnings: $45K - $80 K first year

What you will be doing during your career with Journey:
  • Take and answer incoming calls from senior aged clients and/or their care support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding our unique and innovative healthcare products
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable healthcare product to fit their lifestyle needs
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries and orders
  • Provide an excellent and empathetic customer experience while building brand awareness and increasing lifetime value of our customers
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM and lead management tools
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products
  • Achieve sales quotas and other performance metrics
You will be a great fit if you have:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with selling over the phone
  • Proven track record of success in sales and ability to meet targets and quotas
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to overcome objections with empathy
  • Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
