Aventure is looking for a candidate for a Direct Hire Role in Council Bluffs, IA that would implement strategies and policies within the parts department and oversee the team.

You have the support of a team of a team of 5-7 FT Parts Sales Team Members plus 3-4 Shipping/Receiving direct reports that will work together to make success happen.

This role has a base salary of $50,000-60,000 with Commission capability of $110,000-125,000.

You will manage and maintain a professional work environment that is safe, produces quality work for our customers, & is an example of and reflects dignity and respect for everyone.

You will ensure that your team, their work and their skill sets are reflective of the company’s mission and goals.

You will manage the schedule and the process from start to finish including effective communication, record keeping, project management.

You will identify gaps in the process and provide solutions for best practices and efficiency including equipment.

What do You need to Bring to the Position?

• 2-4 Years of Parts Sales & Customer Service

• Demonstrated & Proven Leadership Strategies & Capabilities

• General Math Skills

• Basic Computer Skills

• Ability to Read, Write, and Speak in English
