HVAC Service Sales Representative
DEKA Service, a mechanical contractor located in Fenton, MO, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of HVAC Sales. DEKA provides HVAC/R maintenance, service and upgrade installations for commercial and industrial customers. Our service team features technicians that are factory trained to service HVAC and refrigeration equipment such as chillers, boilers, walk-in coolers, ice machines and other equipment for commercial buildings and restaurants.
The HVAC Salesperson is responsible for producing sales by generating leads via cold calling and networking, assisting with marketing initiatives, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with preparation of proposals and service agreement contracts.

Compensation is a combination of a base salary, uncapped commissions and bonuses for meeting sales goals.

- Business development activities such as prospecting to generate or identify and pursue leads. This includes targeted cold calling and B2B networking.
- Sales calls to establish new customers.
- Identify bid opportunities and gather information for proposals.
- Maintain records of sales activities and bid opportunities in a CRM.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customer base and grow business through new bid opportunities.
- Assist with estimating and preparation of bids and service agreement contracts.
Qualified applicants will have the following:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role preferably related to construction, mechanical work or HVAC/commercial kitchen equipment servicing that included sales , project estimating and preparing quotes.
- Understanding of the complete sales process from prospecting through delivery.
- A fundamental understanding of HVAC systems for commercial buildings is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills to promote our company and services to potential new clients.
- Organization skills and self-discipline to plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales plans to achieve sales goals.
- Computer skills to manage client data and prepare proposals.
- Previous experience selling B2B services is a plus.
- Clean driving record and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
