Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and organize property files and contracts
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs and renovations
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing information and assistance to tenants and potential tenants
- Utilize Maintenance Management System to track work orders and maintenance requests
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation
- Manage facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards

Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
