Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation systems expectations weekly
• Conduct open houses
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with the best CRM in the business.

Qualifications

You have dreams and goals of being the best version of your Self. You are a highly-motivated individual with a serious competitive streak. You understand that education and knowledge is the key to success and are willing to learn what it takes to succeed in the ebb and flow of shifting markets. You have a good ear and insight for your client's needs, and love executing contracts that truly represent them. You have a passion for real estate as a WHOLE.

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional in VA, NC or both.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$500,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.

Pay: $46,025.00 - $500,000.00 per year
