Full description of the position

Job Description:

• Train and Manage sales team
• Merchandise and market products
• Network, build, and maintain relationships with Landscapers, Builders, Designers, Architects, and Homeowners to increase market share
• Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Establish and maintain weekly sales meeting and monthly manager meeting
• Monitor and Establish 30-60-90 day inventory turnover rates
• Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Explore ways to market to existing customer base
• Explore ways to market to new customers
• Strive to maintain a 20% increase in gross sales monthly

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and Insurable
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 Years Retail management
• 3-5 Years Sales experience
• Dependable transportation
• Willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
• "Do What It Takes" attitude
• Team player
• Computer literate
• Must spend 1 day per week at Palm Bay location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rockledge, FL 32955: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
