Tesla is looking for an Inside Tesla Support Advisor to help us fulfill our mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy while creating lifelong customers.

This role's overall responsibility is ensuring that Tesla meets its obligations and commitments by responding to customer inquiries accurately and on time. This team develops and maintains excellent working relationships with Tesla Owners both in Pre- and Post-delivery of their vehicle and various internal departments to address customer concerns carefully and effectively. Qualified individuals may have customer support, sales, or administrative background. Candidates will thrive in both an independent and teamwork environment.

What Youll Do
  • Fielding inbound and placing outbound phone calls to interact with customers, including but not limited to mediums that include phones, chat/SMS, and email in topics surrounding Tesla Sales, Service, and Delivery.
  • Reviewing and assessing customer concerns, escalation follow-ups, pre-delivery/Order, and post-delivery/Order customer feedback.
  • Use a consultative approach to influence customer purchases while also buying into Tesla's mission, business model, and brand.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers daily.
  • Accurately document data, concerns, and relevant information on the various tools used.
  • Maintain and take ownership of customer relationships from the initial interaction throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, achieving personal and team metrics with the field teams.
  • Seek ways to collaborate with those around you while communicating ways to increase performance collectively with business partners and field teams.
  • Follow a structured approach toward customer resolution and adhere to strict performance expectations, and attendance to protect the customer experience and the organization's interests.
  • Read, analyze, follow processes, and use good judgment when needed. Follow up to provide feedback when needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.

What Youll Bring

  • Being able to speak persuasively and confidently
  • Positive and energetic with professional and excellent customer service skills
  • Able to present technical information in a way that is clear and accessible to a wide range of audiences
  • Excellent listening, reading, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handling shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in an office environment
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Outlook and Office, internet navigation)
  • Valid US Drivers License and/or State ID must be obtained before hire date and ability to obtain DMV Salespersons License required
  • This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by Nevada State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the salesperson license, you cannot engage in sales activities. To check is you are eligible for the salesperson license, please contact the licensing office nearest you in the stat of employment.
