High-Level Sales Manager Wanted!!Join our fast-growing, industry-leading exterior cleaning company as a High-Level Sales Manager! We are looking for entrepreneurial candidates with door-to-door and inbound sales experience who are passionate about building an awesome company. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, with a focus on door-to-door sales
Lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to drive performance
Recruit, hire, and train door-to-door sales reps
Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts
Develop and maintain a sales budget and forecast
Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Experience recruiting, hiring, and training door-to-door sales reps
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building an awesome company
Compensation Package:
Competitive base salary of $55,000-75,000 (based on experience)
Commission incentive based on percentage of team's sales
