CUMULUS MEDIA | NASHVILLE has an immediate opening for a full-time Digital Account Executive to join our Multi-Media Sales Team in assisting clients in our Nashville market – as well as contacts across the US – with multi-media business options that include both traditional media and highly targeted digital products, such as:
- Audio Streaming, Podcasts, and Radio Advertising
- Website Design, Optimization, and Repair
- Digital Display Advertising
- Reputation (Online Review) Monitoring & Management
- DNA Digital (Database Driven Digital Advertising)
- Call Tracking
- YouTube and Online Video Advertising
- OTT (App Based & Online Television)
- Mobile Geofencing
- Search Engine Optimization

- Social Media Advertising and Content Creation

Our local CUMULUS radio stations reach over 735,500 people weekly in Nashville, Franklin, & Murfreesboro; but our reach extends well beyond that, with CUMULUS MEDIA’s network of radio stations across the US, our Cumulus Podcast Network, and our Westwood One Radio Network. We have marketing solutions for unique clients and businesses of all sizes across the country. CUMULUS is seeking someone interested in modern, multifaceted media sales – that means selling multiple mediums and solutions. Successful candidates will be able to identify and develop new business opportunities; grow existing client relationships; offer solutions that help clients achieve their business goals; and meet or exceed set sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Work hands-on with your Digital Sales Manager to set and exceed sales goals.
- Win digital clients through new business development efforts including prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling face to face and virtual appointments with potential clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence.
- Maintain productive client communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor competition to continually prospect new account leads.
- Negotiate rates and ensure prompt payments.
- Follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, submitting regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts, and competitive analysis using CRM
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of successful digital sales experience required.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and ability to connect with viable prospects.
- Experience with online presence and digital advertising solutions.
- Excellent communication skills - strong presenter to clients of sales opportunities and post-sale successes.
- Positive attitude and passion for the job.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
