Outside Sales Representative

Express in Duluth, MN is working with a great local company to fill an Outside Sales Rep. position with the potential to grow with the company. This role requires strong relationship and communication skills.

The schedule is 7am – 4pm Monday through Friday with some flexibility! The occasional weekend or evening may be needed depending on the work schedule. Wage is based on skill set but starts around $19-$20/hr for candidates who meet all the qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service for new and existing customers by providing solutions, managing projects, and providing information on products and services.
• Demonstrate leadership and a willingness for ongoing learning

Requirements:

• Five plus years sales experience, industrial accounts (preferred)
• Engineering degree, technical degree or strong industrial background in the following areas:
  o Industrial controls
  o Electric motors
  o Automation equipment (experience with Automation Controllers, PLCs, HMI, Industrial Networks, and Motion controllers preferred)
