Qualified candidates should:
- Successful track record setting expectations, holding accountable, managing, and motivating people.
- Experience and proven success in sales and building long-term relationships.
- Track record of developing new business.
- Good verbal communication and writing skills.
- Desire, ability, and willingness to be a player/coach. 50% of time spent managing and developing new relationships. The other 50% managing and overseeing the department.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
