What you will do:

The Revere Inside Sales Apprentice Program is a multi-phase program, designed to bring entry-level personnel into the Revere organization with the intent of developing and advancing the individual into an Account Representative position at the end of an approximately two-year period.

During the initial phase of the program, consisting of approximately 40 weeks, you will work in several departments within the Revere organization. A few of these departments include

• Customer care
• Warehouse
• Pricing
• Purchasing
• Credit

The purpose of working in various departments is to gain an understanding of the processes, procedures, and capabilities of the Company. A detailed agenda will be provided. During this period, you will be reporting directly to each respective department head.

• The apprentice will be assigned a District Sales Manager who will act as your sponsor.
• On a monthly and quarterly basis, this individual will be reviewing your performance and the completion of assigned tasks. These reviews will be the basis for determining your capability and potential for advancing in the Apprentice Program and ultimately into the position of Account Representative.
• Upon completion of the initial 40-week phase and subject to satisfactory reviews, you will be transitioned to the second phase of the Apprentice Program, involving field sales responsibilities.
