This position is 40 hours/week in an established office.

Hourly wage PLUS commission, bonus and benefits

Average annual Compensation Range - $50,000 - $120,000

PURPOSE:

Works directly with the Agency team to achieve the goals of the Agency. Advisers are also responsible for assisting in management of specific processes, insuring accomplishment of all goals and expectations as well as servicing existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new business opportunities by following up on sales leads generated from the agency, referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
• Develop insurance quotes, make insurance sales presentations, and close sales.
• Represent our agency within the community

REQUIREMENTS:

Property and Casualty License*

*If non-licensed this will need to be obtained within 30 days(we can help you prep for the test)

Prior Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, or P&C Insurance experience provides an additional $250 signing bonus after 90 days
