Sales Execution / CRC Associate in Germantown, TN
The Sales Execution Team’s role is to provide all aspects of sales support to financial representatives to ensure that their focus remains on achieving 500 Qualified Suspects, 150 Factfinders, 700 points and 30 paid-for lives in the first six months. Ongoing support to continue to build their business will also be provided. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sales Support
- Manage underwriting process which includes providing, or collaborating with others to provide:
- Pre-filling applications
- Pre-checking applications for completeness and accuracy
- Submitting applications
- Scheduling requirements and medical exams
- Monitoring of the Daily Status Report (DSR) and take action on cases needing attention
- Case prep, including running Life/DI illustrations
- Complete risk product (POS) service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to Insurance Service Accounts to facilitate the collection of payments, etc.
- Other projects as assigned by SET Lead or Director of Operations
Needs Analysis
- Develop consistent, high quality life stage appropriate plans in the PX system
- Complete re-work of proposals and prepare final reports
CRC Client Support
- Complete risk product (POS) service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to Insurance Service Accounts to facilitate the collection of payments, etc. for CRC clients.
- Assist CRC Team (FRs) with Case Prep (policy review, term conversion options etc.)
Other
- This role consistently provides backup for our front desk associate (lunch breaks, vacations etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strongly prefer candidate to already have Tennessee Life/Health license and experience in the field. For the right candidate, we will allow the license to be attained within 90 days of accepting the position.
- Strong customer relationship and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
