Now Hiring - Sales Representative in Council Bluffs, IA

Hotlines, Inc. is looking for someone with proven talents as a Sales Representative. We sell Software as a Service in the Automotive Recycling industry. You will be making outbound Business to Business, unscripted calls to warm leads to initiate the building relationship process. We have operated in the automotive recycling industry for almost 30 years and are looking for a detail-oriented, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to spark conversations, schedule demos and close sales.

We are a small company based out of Council Bluffs, Iowa with a relaxed work environment that requires our employees to be self-disciplined and self-directed. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of phone sales as a Sales Representative or Account Manager
• CRM management
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows
• Excellent typing skills
• Minimum 2 years of working with spreadsheets
• Video conferencing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
