HYBRID Outside Sales Representative (Aluminum or Stainless-Steel exp. req.)
Location: California
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE +Uncapped commission (Yr. 1 OTE 100-120k)

Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing existing accounts, and closing deals with your book of business. Our client is looking for someone with a proven sales background in the metals industry (aluminum or stainless-steel) that has the know-how to close a deal. You will make your own schedule plus find and visit new clients. HYBRID Outside Sales Representative (Aluminum or Stainless-Steel exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients in the territory
• Nurture existing customer accounts and upsell/service when needed
• Follow through on the entire sales cycle
• Work cross-functionally with sales/buying teams to complete customer requests
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Negotiate with your customers and vendors to ensure best-priced options are chosen
• Listen and offer solutions to customers
• Stay up-to-date on new and emerging technology in the metals industry
• Travel to customers to pitch products and services

HYBRID Outside Sales Representative (Aluminum or Stainless-Steel exp. req.) Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the Aluminum or Stainless-Steel industry required
• B2B Sales experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Experience with a CRM required
• Ability to travel through California as needed is required
