MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE!

$100,000 + Commission Only

• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry

• Must have a valid real estate license or will obtain a license in 60 days or less.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
• May also need to fill in when short staff to help with open houses or showings.
• You can work your own hours and work from anywhere great opportunity!
• This position is 100% commission only! Free stock option included.
• Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
• Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
• Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
• Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics
• Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
• 100% remote work no base salary commission only. Our top recruiter earns about $30,000-$50,000 a month.
