JOB TITLE: Sales & Service Technician, Residential LOCATION: _Maumelle, Arkansas

GENERAL PURPOSE: Serves as the service technician for residential garage doors, garage door openers, and related components. Provides multiple alternative recommendations for repair and replacement of necessary parts for garage doors. Sells appropriate services or replacement options. Interacts with customers on a daily basis providing them with excellent customer service. An excellent driving record and valid driver’s license is mandatory.

We are in search of our next great team member. The best candidate is self-confident and self-motivating, has great listening and sales skills, has some technical comprehension, and is able to build strong relationships.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED; some college preferred; supplemented by proven sales experience closing deals directly with customers and dealing with customer complaints; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
