Musion's proprietary technology combines the non-judgmental aspects of an avatar with authentic human mannerisms and responses. Position Overview: Mursion is at the forefront of creating the latest EdTech category and we are seeking an Enterprise SDR to join our growing sales team. We're looking for someone who is highly motivated to help source qualified prospects and convert them to sales opportunities, with a proven track record of success that thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with little direction required. SDRs will have unique opportunities to work on a cross-functional team composed of marketing, client experience, and sales focused on growing specific industries with a global book of business. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in developing a strong sales pipeline through cold outbound activity.

This is an FT, salaried, and fully remote position reporting to the Senior Director of Inside Sales. The compensation package is $60-75K base salary, + commissions and benefits based on applied experience, geographic location, and other factors identified by the hiring committee.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently research, identify and generate 3 new opportunities each week
  • Actively collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Meet and exceed daily outbound cold call, email, & social selling targets
  • Demonstrate the value of Mursion via high-level introductory conversations with prospects at the Director, VP, or CXO level at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage prospect lists
  • Engage with sales executives regarding newly generated opportunities
  • Experiment and iterate to create personalized customer communications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with technology (GoogleSuite, CRM, Social Media, etc.)
  • Highly organized and demonstrates a growth mindset
