Full description of the position

Responsibilities –

· Develop & execute plans with individual OEM accounts to ensure high customer service levels to develop new and maintain current business

· Develop strong multi-level and senior-level business relationships with customers

· Work with Production team & Shipping to regularly communicate ETAs and other critical information with customers

· Develop effective communication and working relationships with the accounts; schedule recurring calls to discuss service levels, priority items, backorder, etc.

· Travel as required to customer sites and trade shows

· Be available to handle customer calls and be available as per business needs

· Provide regular feedback to management and escalate to management when necessary

Work from home

Willing and able to be present in the plant in Chisholm, MN a minimum of 6 times year

Salaried position – Starting $50,000 plus commission

Reports to General Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
