As an Inside Sales Representative/ Appointment Setter, what will your responsibilities be?

• Make outbound calls and follow-up with inbound leads that came from television, direct mail, yellow pages or Home Shows.
• Assist in our marketing efforts and successfully schedule sales appointments.
• Conduct pre-call qualification for commercial and residential presentations from targeted prospects.
• Follow-up with customers on sales appointments and assist with our referral program.
• Every other Saturday availability needed

What is the ideal profile for this position?

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, appointment setting.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with good follow-up through on tasks.
• Sense of urgency.
