Who You Are:
As a property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing hundreds of homes in various regions of the country. The successful candidate will be very detail oriented, process driven, have a strong understanding of technology and possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions:
- Interacting with clients, primarily owners and residents, from the move-in process to the move-out processes and everything in between.
- Identifying appropriate vendors and coordinating service repair work, as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records in Revela, our property management software. This includes invoicing home owners, collections from residents, payments to trades.
- Coordinating residents move out inspections and completion of damages to get the home back to a "market ready" standard.
- Completing security deposit accounting forms in compliance with relevant laws.
- Replying to home owner and resident emails to answer questions through our ticketing software.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Single-Family Residential Property Management role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Above average attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Preferred: A working knowledge of property management and customer ticketing software systems, especially Revela, Yardi, Salesforce, Zoho, and Slack.
