Our highly-rated company is growing, and we are seeking a Property Manager to join our team!

Who You Are:

As a property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing hundreds of homes in various regions of the country. The successful candidate will be very detail oriented, process driven, have a strong understanding of technology and possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions:

• Interacting with clients, primarily owners and residents, from the move-in process to the move-out processes and everything in between.
• Identifying appropriate vendors and coordinating service repair work, as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records in Revela, our property management software. This includes invoicing home owners, collections from residents, payments to trades.
• Coordinating residents move out inspections and completion of damages to get the home back to a "market ready" standard.
• Completing security deposit accounting forms in compliance with relevant laws.
• Replying to home owner and resident emails to answer questions through our ticketing software.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Single-Family Residential Property Management role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Above average attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Preferred: A working knowledge of property management and customer ticketing software systems, especially Revela, Yardi, Salesforce, Zoho, and Slack.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
