Our Galen™ Prostate, Breast and Gastric solutions are deployed in pathology labs worldwide and used in
routine clinical practice, with demonstrated success in live clinical practice. Ibex is among the winners of
the NHSX and NIHR AI in Health and Care Award that will enable multiple NHS hospitals to deploy the
Galen solution.
Aimed at considerably reducing turnaround times for pathologists, our applications will help pathologists
triage cancer cases, focus on areas of interest and streamline reporting as well as offering additional
capabilities aimed at improving lab efficiencies.
Job Overview: Ibex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Channel Partnership
Sales to lead our efforts in developing, operationalizing and managing our distribution channels
through our strategic partners. The Director of Channel Partnership Sales will report directly to the Chief
Commercial Officer and work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product and Marketing teams
to achieve key business objectives.
- Develop, implement and operationalize a comprehensive channel sales strategy to increase
- Support Business Development to identify and prioritize potential channel partners and
- Deploy channel partner support tools and resources in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead training and onboarding efforts for new channel partners
- Monitor, analyze and drive channel performance, identify improvement areas, and implement
- Leverage market research and customer insights to identify emerging trends and develop
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential
5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or related field in medical
- Experience establishing channel partnerships within a start-up/scale-up company - a must!
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through channel partnerships
- Ability to develop, implement and drive successful channel sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the pathology space, is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Travel estimated at >50%
- Hybrid work, 3-2 days On-site
