Sales/Business Development duties:

-Prospect new leads for BPO services

-Make introduction calls

-Explain benefits of BPO contract

-Meet leads virtually and in person

-Offer/negotiate pricing

-Close deals

-Maintain client relationships

State-of-the-art office in Woodbridge, NJ

Work from office Mon-Thurs. Work from home on Friday's.

Requirements:

-2-5 years of sales experience in BPO industry

-Experience in BPO industry

-Great communication skills

-Ability to cold call

-Tenacity

-Organized

-Thick skinned

Compensation:

-Base salary + commission

-Bonuses for productivity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
