OVERVIEW:*
The Sales Coordinator position provides support to the Branded Sales Team to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with SC Fuels. NOTE: This position can be based at either our Sacramento, CA office or our Orange, CA office.

Base Compensation for this role is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, DOE.*

Responsibilities:
*
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Responsible for the execution of the “Order to Cash” process within the Branded Wholesale business unit
- Primary contact for shared services of Dispatch, Supply, Pricing, Billing, and Credit
- Handles new dealer onboarding and new dealer account set up
- Works with Account Manager on dealer changes
- Works with Business Development Manager to support new sales opportunities
- Supports Account Manager with communication of marketing programs
- Network with colleagues, suppliers, and vendors to learn and share best practices
- Maintain relevant data on prospects and customers in CRM
- Use problem solving skills to address issues and resolve in a timely manner
- Work with Branded Wholesale Team to address potential problems and ensure a great experience for all customers
- Lead in resolving consumer complaints when required
- Lead in timely handling of vendor payments and permits, licenses, and fees
- Routine reporting as required by the business unit
- Provide feedback to company management on ways to enhance operations, and improve company brand and reputation
- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
- All other duties as assigned and/or required
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines on a timely basis
- Works well under pressure
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, and focused
- Self-managed; works well with little or no supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work with a variety of customers and team members
- Customer service oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
