Oasis Homes is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Almont, MI. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll manage a variety of sales activities from our Sales office. You’ll nurture prospects into home buyers by demonstrating the superior quality and workmanship of an Oasis Home and guiding them through their home buying experience. Your exceptional relationship skills, problem solving, and strong closing techniques will help you meet (and exceed) your sales goals.

Job Duties:

• Prospecting new clients and working with existing clients to create a rapport and build a business relationship
• Conducting home showings and closing the sale of homes
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their satisfaction
• Follow up on leads that were provided by our marketing team
• Working with our Marketing team to create new marketing campaigns that will increase sales
• Working with our Account Managers on new account setup & development of new client relationships
• Serve as a strong advocate for the buyer at all stages of the buying process.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously refine our processes and services
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Real estate license, Residential Builder Sales license, or equivalent experience in real estate or a related field.
• A proven track record of successful new home sales experience.
• Proven ability for close 15 homes per year
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the new construction home market and buying process.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using online technology platforms and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
