Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring branch activities to ensure the achievement of established goals and profit margins. Your primary focus will be on managing and providing guidance to branch staff, controlling expenses, increasing sales, and managing account receivables within established guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed company goals and profit margins within a specified timeframe.
- Provide direction and guidance to branch staff on effective sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Participate in outside sales, marketing, and collection efforts to drive sales and meet targets.
- Conduct a selective dispatch process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards by training staff and temporary workers and promoting a safe work environment.
- Establish pricing strategies in line with company margin goals.
- Recruit, evaluate, counsel, promote, and terminate personnel to maintain a highly competent and professional branch staff.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely administrative reports and financial information to the supervisor or corporate office.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Reporting Structure:
The Branch Sales Manager will report directly to either a District Manager or the owners for the performance of the branch. The average branch has a minimum of three internal staff. The scope of budget, responsibilities, and sales will differ based on the size of the branch and market. The ability to manage without constant supervision is critical to this position, as it directly influences the profitability and earnings of the company.
