Regional Account Manager – Africa/Middle East

Purpose of Role: The Regional Account Manager is responsible for leading the growth of sales for all products in their assigned region. They will manage, develop and train a regional sales network team to deliver the annual sales input targets established in the Company’s Operating Plan. We are looking to expand our team and add a Regional Account Manager for our Africa/Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus Area: Lead a regional sales network to deliver annual input and margins goals as defined in the company operating plan for all relative products.
  • Focus Area: Provide sales input forecasts for all product lines on a regular basis to measure performance against yearly targets and assist the business with operation planning to meet revenue expectations.
  • Focus Area: Support Application Engineers and Customer Service Representatives as needed in order entry and quoting activities to meet customer’s requirements.
  • Focus Area: Drive new product rollouts by identifying and securing product trials to drive market share gains. This includes establishing a field trial attack plan log for all products and updating it monthly for the region.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
  • Bachelor’s degree (engineering/technical field)
  • 5+ years of experience with industrial sales to include customer service, application engineering and project management experience
  • SAP and Salesforce experience
  • Must be able to speak English and Arabic or French
