Business Results:

· Develop strategies to grow the business,leveraging client loyalty program, events, product knowledge and services

· Responsible for maintaining inventory stocklevels and instilling the importance of this practice onto team members

· Maintaining and overseeing that all monthly,weekly, and daily goals are met to the best of the team’s ability

· Growing, molding, and supporting an everexpanding team to ensure the business sees the best results

Team Building:

· Recruit, interview, and hire team members. Oversee the training process of each new teammember and ensure their needs are met to result in high company profitability

· Ensure that a coaching culture is present in thestore, where everyone receives timely acknowledgement for their successes andfeedback on areas of opportunity

· Creativity is a must while overseeing monthlymeetings and sales incentive opportunities

Training:

· Seeing to the highest quality guests service, inline with the SHORE culture, and implanting this within your team

· Oversee product knowledge, making sure eachmember of our team is well versed in our SHORE brand awareness, as well asthose of the products we sell

· Instilling a sense of unity and togethernessinto your team, working towards a common goal

· You will be one of the go to resources for anyquestions, big and small, and all feedback, good and bad

· Maintain constant coaching and growth with yourteam

Merchandising:

· Ensure that SHORE’s merchandising standards arefollowed and maintained at all times

· Maintain inventory by checking merchandise todetermine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand, while adjusting asneeded to sustain accurate inventory levels

Operations:

· Apply Shore’s cash handling and shortageprevention procedures

· Ensure that standards of safety and cleanliness,stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc., are maintained

· Oversee that each team member’s weekly/monthlygoals are met

Knowledge and Skills required

· Radiates positive energy and inspires growthwithin those around you

· Proven track record in meeting and exceedingsales goals

· Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
