Description
Foxworth-Galbraith is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to join our Oklahoma City, OK team to prospect and sell directly to professional home builders and remodelers throughout the Oklahoma region. The role will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, supporting the customer experience, and collecting information on the market, customers, and competitors to further sales and support the market. You will be part of a high-powered team to grow our market share in Oklahoma to implement and execute Foxworth-Galbraith's growth strategy.
This position comes with a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities
The following are the essential duties and responsibilities of the Job. Other duties, responsibilities, or tasks may be assigned as required by management.
- Develop new client accounts for Company through cold calls, working potential customer lists, contacting subcontractors in the area, contacting companies who previously rejected proposals, etc. Negotiate pricing levels according to Company directions to encourage business dealings with the Company
- Handle overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship
- Achieve annual sales and gross profit plan for assigned accounts
- Develop solutions to maximize the value of Foxworth-Galbraith to the client, offering the full suite of products
- Service clients utilizing the FG Sales Call Process to build mutually beneficial relationships that establish Foxworth-Galbraith as the clients preferred provider
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings, and other business issues relevant to the position
- Be an active team player on the sales team, with customers and partners
- Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing the competition
- Update and maintain reporting tools such as CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management
- Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required. Comply with all Company safety and Personal Protective Equipment policies and procedures
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 - 10 years of sales experience

- Self-starter with the ability to develop and drive sales strategy
