Full description of the position

Overview:

Audacy Rochester is seeking a detailed and task oriented individual to support a sales department of approximately 13 people.

Sales assistant will:

1.) Act as a liaison between Sales Managers, Account Executives, Radio Station Contest Winners and Advertising Clients

2.) Work on administrative tasks related to execution and tracking of advertising program details

3.) Act as customer service support for client meetings, client questions, radio station prize winner questions and needs

4.) Set up/tear down and on-site execution of small number of radio station events at advertiser locations per quarter.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
  • Sales Support: Data entry, project tracking, proposal building, client communication
  • Internal meetings – coordinating food/beverage setup, meeting room setup and tear down
  • Sales Contest Administration: Data entry, tracking, internal communication
  • Audacy Rochester company Culture Committee support– planning and execution of company team building events and initiatives
  • Promotional execution and recapping support
  • Prize winner management and communication
  • Support in creating/updating radio station websites/social and weekly radio station email blasts to database
  • On site promotional setup, execution and tear down for approximately 4 hour radio station live appearances- (must be available for evening/weekend shifts as needed)
Upkeep, light cleaning and organization of public space areas within the building (ie: kitchen, conference rooms, lobby)

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Available for occasional evening and weekend live radio station promotional event 4 hour shifts
