This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has commercial construction sales experience. We are a local roofing and siding business who recently opened a new showroom in Traverse City. The owner has over 20 years of local commercial and residential roofing and siding experience. Our team is growing and the right person can grow with us, along with making a desirable income.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to identify and develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts in the commercial roofing and siding industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Represent Reliable Roofing and Siding professionally, by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert in our industry
• Team player, able to take direction and be self-directed
• Provide commercial customers accurate and timely quotes, proposals, deliverables, and updates on the job

Reliable Roofing and Siding will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to make up to $100,000 per year with a Commission Based Salary. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5pm. We are growing our commercial business, and want a team member that will grow with us!
