Now Hiring - Full Time Leasing Consultant in Sandusky, OH

Join a professional management office for a large multi-family apartment community in Sandusky.

Seeking full-time Leasing Consultant to join the team, managing the three nicest rental communities in the area.

830am - 5pm Monday-Friday.

Must have the ability to work independently and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Managing prospects from internet leads and other sources

· Showing and renting apartments

· Processing applications and preparing leases

· Posting rent in management software system

· Prepare and process lease renewals

· Assist current residents

· Data Entry, including vendor invoices

· Filing and record maintenance

· Learn, Understand, and Practice Fair Housing

· Assist the Property Manager as directed

Requirements:

· Strong computer skills (PC and Windows)

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Knowledge of Real Page Onesite a huge plus

· Sales experience preferred but not required

· Multifamily experience also preferred

A mandatory background and drug test will be conducted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
