Rotair Aerospace Corp. has an open position for a Sales Support Administrative Assistant at our aircraft parts manufacturing business located in Bridgeport, CT. This is not a remote position.
Experience with data entry, Microsoft 365 suite, and detail orientation are required as well as previous experience working in an office environment. Experience with government solicitations and/or contracts is a plus.
Responsibilities include administrative tasks supporting the sales department and the manager. Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills are required for communications with our customers. Must be able to multitask, maintain organization, be very reliable as well as able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a crucial role as the Helicopter Operators we support are government agencies, on call for wildfires, search and rescue, and other critical operations. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that have experience working in a team office environment. This includes actively participating in team meetings, understanding our customers, whether military or commercial and maintaining individual goals.
Candidates must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or willing to be vaccinated before starting work and must present your vaccination card if hired. The candidates will also be subject to our internal pre-employment competency assessments, drug and background testing.
This is a full-time, in-the-office position. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed.
The starting salary range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with office administrative experience.
