Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline of new or existing healthcare professionals to introduce job opportunities and develop quality relationships
• Track and record metrics throughout sales process- this is an entry level role with aspects of sales, marketing and administrative work
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Utilize different sourcing methods of referrals, job postings, social media platforms and our own CRM to build your own book of business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
