Job Overview: The Property Manager is the point person for all tenants, owners and vendors on their portfolio of properties. The Property Manager addresses and manages the real estate challenges these communities present, and looks to make the properties better. Job Description:

• Address and Resolve tenant challenges and concerns
• Coordinate and oversee third party/vendor projects/fit ups
• Present and manage programs to rehabilitate, remodel, repair and better properties
• Prepare and Deliver Monthly Client Reporting
• Contract and Manage all supplies and services needed for the properties.
• Manage and ensure properties follow laws, permits and licensing.
• Participate in an On-Call Rotation
• Prepare, present and then follow properties’ operating budgets
• Review and take efforts to address/collect Accounts Receivable for the properties
• Review, validate and approve/deny received Accounts Payables for the properties.
• Review and assist, with the Accounting Department, properties’ CAM reconciliation
• Review and manage, with the Leasing Department, the upcoming lease renewals/expirations
• Light Maintenance as needed
• Manage and accomplish any challenge presented to us.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Property Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
