Home Instead is seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Home Care Consultant. As a Home Care Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of revenue objectives for the assigned territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners to grow our business and provide our clients with the resources they need to live safely and independently at home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop client relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
  • Conduct all phases of the sales process, including cold calls, follow-up calls, needs assessment, and recommending appropriate Home Instead services and community resources.
  • Achieve inquiry generation objectives for the assigned territory, focusing on new business acquisition and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with Home Instead leadership to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Present Home Instead marketing materials and services to referral providers through individual meetings and group presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospecting efforts, utilizing the Salesforce system to maximize territory potential.
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through various methods, including face-to-face cold calling, email, telephone, and web-based research.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Facilitate/participate in our Family Education Workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outside sales is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Proven track record to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional growth.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Full-time)
