Call Center / Customer Service / Inside Sales

Inside Sales Representative (Medical Device)

Up to $26.00 per hour to start plus commissions and full company-sponsored benefits

As Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Learn about the Company's innovative medical devices and equipment technologies
• Receive complete training
• Identify and qualify new business development opportunities
• Additionally, follow up on warm leads
• Communicate with new and existing customers
• Reach out by phone and email
• Engage key decision makers
• Learn each customer's unique needs
• Provide information on product details, availability, pricing and lead times
• Make product suggestions upon request
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products as appropriate
• Create price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Administer changes and adjustments to existing orders
• Update customer account information in the Salesforce CRM
• Provide post sale support
• Address questions, inquiries and complaints as they arise
• Run routine and special reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 2 years of Inside Sales and/or Business Development experience
• Outbound Calling experience

Pluses:

• +++ Related experience from the medical device industry
• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• +++ Salesforce experience
