aKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Work experience as an Account Manager or Sales Account Manager
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present programs, and new project development status to customers
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for multiple customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Frequent travel to various destinations across the US to meet face-to-face with customers

Other Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
