Leasing Agent

Paragon Management LLC is one of the most respected property managers in the state. We create communities that attract tenants, residents, and partners who appreciate our long-term dedication to each endeavor.

The team is seeking a driven Leasing Agent to join this fast paced office.

Responsibilities:

- Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.

- Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.

- Ensures available and model apartments are fresh and tidy.

-Qualify applicants and prepare Leases with the team.

- Works with Property Management to coordinate move-in dates, materials, and processes.

- Helps develop and implements marketing strategies to attract renters.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and organized.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various Property Management Software

- College diploma or equivalent required.

- NJ Real estate sales license required.

- At least 3-5 years of leasing experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Property leasing: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:
