Sales Administrator

Job Description:

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative in our Turnersville, NJ office. This person will assist our Sales Account Manager for the Northeast region.

Duties to include:

• Receives, enters and processes customer quotations and purchase orders.

• Generates customer backlog reports and communicates updates to customer base as needed.

• Tracks quote activity and follows up with customers accordingly for status.

• Interacts with customers to answer any questions they may have relating to the products and services offered.

• Investigates customer complaints and engages with internal team members for resolution.

• Daily communication with the assigned account manager to keep them informed on daily activities and any significant issues.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Efficient with Microsoft Office products and social media

• Ability to multi-task is critical

• Ability to work independently a must

• Two years previous sales or customer service experience required

• Experience in the Interconnect or Electronic distribution industry extremely helpful
